Am I able to add my own employee onboarding documents to the platform?

Yes, each school can add their own school-specific documentation to the onboarding section of the platform. In addition, BlueBox gives each employee and/or administrator the ability to take a picture and upload the document directly from their smartphone or tablet.

Will BlueBox help me get my current paper files onto the platform?

Absolutely! Our team is here to help onboard you and your staff so that you can hit the ground running and begin experiencing the benefits of BlueBox.

Does BlueBox notify me of expiring certificates and incomplete annual trainings for my staff?

Our platform is designed to keep you ahead of the game with 90, 60, 30 and 15 day alerts for expiring certifications so that you and your employees have ample time to renew those items. In addition, each employee’s training folder is equipped with a progress bar and “completed hours” tracker that give Owners and Directors complete clarity with their staff’s Licensing required annual training compliance.

Will State Licensing accept my staff files if they are digital?

Yes! Section §746.805 of Texas Minimum standards allows childcare centers to keep their records electronically.

Storing your files electronically eliminates the chances of them being stolen, lost or damaged due to flooding, fire or other unpredictable natural disasters.
